1. Return Policy

1.  Customers can return their order within 3 days from the date of delivery of the order. For customised/personalised orders there is no returns.
2.  All returns must be in unused condition with all original packaging intact.
3.  Customer should self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
4.  Once the return product is received we will initiate the refund to you in 7 business days. For more queries on return, please write to us at hello@ellamour.com or call us at +91 96255 82545. You can return your order within 3 days from order delivery. There is only one time return policy but for specialized products there is no return.

2. Refund Policy

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your bank account within 7working days.

The courier charges will be beared by the customers. You can also send the product to us at the given address provided below.
